By using this website, submitting a handle, or paying for placement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a listing or make a payment.

You confirm that you own, control, or are authorised to promote every handle you submit, and that you may publish the profile picture and description you upload.

You are purchasing public promotional placement — visibility on a leaderboard on this website. Your position is determined by the total amount successfully paid for your handle on that platform's board, with equal totals ordered by which qualifying payment completed first. These payments are not bets, wagers, stakes, investments, deposits or contributions to a prize. There are no winnings, prizes or random outcomes.

Your platform, handle, uploaded picture, optional description, total paid amount, rank and related board activity are shown publicly. Do not submit anything you would not want published.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and distribute the profile picture, description and handle you submit, for the purpose of operating and promoting the leaderboards. You can ask us to remove your listing content at any time via [CONTACT EMAIL].

Nothing on this website transfers ownership of, or rights to, any social media account, username or handle. We do not sell handles.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Placement is applied only after a payment is successfully confirmed. A handle already listed pays only the difference required to reach its new total.

Prices may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your own use of the placement you purchase.

Applied placement payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we expressly approve a refund. Where a refund is granted, the corresponding amount is removed from the handle's total and its rank is recalculated.

Starting checkout does not reserve a position. If another payment completes first, your placement is whatever your total qualifies for at the moment your payment is confirmed. Ranks change over time as others pay higher totals.

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or infringing content.
• Malware, phishing, scams or misleading links.
• Impersonation, or attempts to manipulate, scrape or disrupt the service.

This service is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, X, TikTok or Snapchat. Their platforms and policies are outside our control.

If a social account is suspended, deleted, renamed or made private, the listing may become inaccurate or unusable. That is not a failure of this service and does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, profile visits, followers, engagement, sales or revenue of any kind.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and downtime or maintenance may occur.

We may correct clear pricing, ranking, duplication or payment-processing errors, including adjusting or removing a placement created by such an error, and will act reasonably when we do.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME] against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms, is subject to a credible complaint, or exposes us to legal risk.
